Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

Team Forbidden, LLC. ("We", "Our", or "Us") owns, protects and enforces intellectual property rights in its own creative materials and expects our users to respect the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, it is our policy not to permit materials known by us to be infringing to remain on this Site and to terminate relationships with those who are repeated infringers within the meaning of the DMCA.

We have adopted a policy that provides for the immediate removal of any content or the termination of any user that is found to have infringed on the rights of us or of a third party, or that has otherwise violated any intellectual property laws or regulations, or any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you believe any material available via the Web Site infringes a copyright, you should notify us using the notice procedure for claimed infringement under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. Sect. 512(c)(2)). We will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing and will follow the procedures specified in the DMCA to resolve the claim between the notifying party and the alleged infringer who provided the Content.

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written communication that includes substantially the following (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the Copyright Act to confirm these requirements):

a. your full name, mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number;
b. a description of the content, material, and intellectual property you claim infringes the copyrighted work(s) or is the subject of infringing activity.
c. the exact URL or a description of each place where alleged infringing material is located on the Site to provide sufficient detail for us to locate the material;
d. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use has not been authorized by you, the copyright owner, its agent, and/or the law, as applicable.;
e. a statement by you made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate, and either that (i) you are the copyright owner or (ii) you are authorized to act on the copyright owners behalf; and
f. (i) your electronic or physical signature or (ii) the electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on your behalf.

To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

a. your full name, mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number;
b. an identification of the content or material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared prior to being removed or access disabled.
c. a statement by you under the penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled; and
d. a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Miami, FL if your address is outside of the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who the provided notification of claimed infringement to which your notice relates or an agent of such person.

Please understand that filing a counter notice may lead to legal proceedings between you and the complaining party to determine ownership, and if your claim is rejected, you may face severe legal and financial penalties.
